Raised in the small town of Leavittsburg, Ohio, nestled between Cleveland and Akron, I am a proud graduate of LaBrae High School (Class of 1992). Shortly after high school, I answered the call to serve my country by enlisting in the United States Army, where I proudly served from 1992 to 1995 before receiving an honorable discharge.
My transition from military life was not a planned one, and I found myself at a crossroads without a clear “Plan B.” During that season of uncertainty, I took time to reflect, regroup, and ultimately recommit to building a future grounded in purpose and discipline. Later that same year, I returned to school and earned my Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, with a focus in Financial Management.
From 1998 to 2008, I built a diverse professional background working in both Corporate America and small business environments. During this period, I successfully launched and operated multiple businesses, eventually selling them, and gained first-hand experience in entrepreneurship, financial growth, and organizational leadership. Recognizing the need to strengthen my technical expertise, I returned to school once again to earn my Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
Driven by a calling to serve both organizations and communities at a higher level, I continued my academic journey beyond traditional business education. I ultimately earned my Doctorate in Church Administration and Christian Leadership, equipping me with a unique blend of financial expertise, leadership development, governance, and faith-based organizational strategy.
Today, I bring together my background in military discipline, entrepreneurial leadership, accounting, and ministry administration to serve nonprofits, churches, and faith-based organizations with integrity, clarity, and purpose. My passion is helping leaders strengthen their financial stewardship, organizational structure, and long-term sustainability so they can focus on what matters most — their mission and impact
